At LED Depot, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Process
To initiate a return, customers should contact our support team with their order details. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for returning the item if the return is approved.
Customers should not send products back without contacting us first, as this may delay the return process.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the refund status. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item so our team can assist in resolving the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
