High-Power Integrated LED Chip 10W 20W 30W 50W 100W COB 90-110lm/W Warm Cool White

This high-power integrated LED chip is a component for DIY LED light builds, fixture repair, and custom LED driver projects. The COB-style chip delivers 90–110 lm/W across five power configurations from 10W to 100W, available in warm white and cool white color temperatures. Suitable for high bay lights, flood lights, street lights, and other high-power LED fixture applications.

Critical installation requirement: This chip must be mounted on an aluminum heatsink before operation. Operating the chip without adequate heatsink cooling will cause immediate thermal damage. Do not power on without a heatsink installed.

Two driver voltage ranges are required depending on wattage:

• 10W: 9–12V DC (3S3P configuration)
• 20W, 30W, 50W, 100W: 30–36V DC

A compatible constant-current LED driver matched to the chip's forward current and voltage requirements must be sourced separately.
